During the coaching process, you will rarely receive direct answers or advice from me. I simply ask questions and assist you in finding your own answers, which coupled with commitment lead to genuine transformations. My role is to create a safe, trusting space - where my perspective induces change – and through well-defined, individualized questions - always keeping the desired goal in mind - guiding the process.
The essence of my technique is that I abandon all techniques. My technique is telling the truth.
